How do I cancel my booking?

To cancel a booking, go to "My Bookings" in your account, select the booking you wish to cancel, and click the "Cancel Booking" button. Refund amounts depend on the property's cancellation policy which you can view on the booking details page.

How do I reset my password?

Click on "Login" and select "Forgot Password". Enter your email address, and we'll send you instructions to reset your password. For security reasons, the reset link will expire after 24 hours.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and in select regions, bank transfers and digital wallets. You can manage your payment methods in your account settings under "Payment Methods".

How do I become a host?

Click on "Become a Host" in the navigation bar to start the process. You'll need to provide personal information, verify your identity, add property details, and set up payment information. Our step-by-step guide will walk you through the entire process.
