What if a guest damages my property?

Document all damage with photos immediately. File a dispute through your host dashboard within 48 hours of checkout. Our support team will review evidence and work to resolve the issue fairly.

How do cancellations affect my earnings?

If you cancel a confirmed booking, you'll forfeit the earnings and may incur penalty fees. Guest-initiated cancellations follow the cancellation policy - you may receive partial or full payment depending on timing.

Do I need property insurance as a host?

We strongly recommend obtaining short-term rental insurance. Standard homeowner's insurance may not cover commercial rental activity. Check with your insurance provider about appropriate coverage.

When will I receive my payment?

Payment is captured at check-in when you enter the guest's Payout Code into your host dashboard. Your payout is held through the end of the stay. After the guest checks out, a 24-hour window opens during which the guest may raise a dispute. If no dispute is filed, your payout is released automatically.
